Claimscan for WooCommerce
Coming soonWooCommerce gives you full control of the order flow — Claimscan plugs in via REST API to add forensic verification of return and damage photos, with a manipulation-likelihood report your team treats as a decision aid.
What you get
- Call the Claimscan REST API from a custom plugin or your support stack.
- Layered forensic pipeline (5 layers, 12 detectors) with early-exit cost control.
- German-market ready: EU hosting, GDPR retention windows, DE/EN reports.
- No customer-facing changes — analysis happens on photos you already receive.
Setup in four steps
- 1. Create a Claimscan account
Register at claimscan.io and verify your e-mail.
- 2. Generate an API key
Create an image-analysis-scoped key in the Claimscan app.
- 3. Wire the REST call
From a small WordPress/WooCommerce plugin or a server-side hook, POST the return photo to the Claimscan API.
- 4. Surface the result
Show the manipulation likelihood inside your order admin and let an agent decide.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a WooCommerce plugin?
A packaged plugin is planned. Today you integrate via the documented REST API — a few lines from a server-side hook.
Where is image data stored?
On EU infrastructure in Nuremberg, with tier-based retention windows and permanent deletion afterwards. Perceptual hashes (no reconstructable image) are kept for duplicate detection.
